In 2025 Intercom Group Ltd successfully completed the manufacture and delivery of rebar cages for bored cast-in-place piles for the “Construction of the Nobu Hospitality hotel complex” project.

The project is part of a high-category international hotel complex with Robert De Niro as its investor, built under the Nobu Hospitality brand.

Intercom Group Ltd’s work included:

• manufacture of the rebar cages for the bored cast-in-place foundation piles;

• organising and carrying out the deliveries to the site;

• meeting the quality requirements and the deadlines that projects of international scale demand.

By taking part in this project Intercom Group Ltd confirms its expertise in delivering specialised structural solutions for complex, high-end construction sites.

In 2025 Intercom Group Ltd successfully completed the manufacture and installation of 400 tonnes of steel structures within the “New Port – Varna” project, carried out for Logistics Centre – Varna EAD.

The project is part of the new port and logistics infrastructure being built in the Varna area, of key importance for cargo handling and transport links in the Black Sea region.

The work included:

• manufacture of the steel structures;

• delivery and logistics;

• installation on site in strict compliance with the technical and quality requirements.

With this project Intercom Group Ltd confirms its experience and capacity in large industrial and infrastructure works, and its ability to deliver complex solutions on short deadlines and to a high standard.
