Residential complex BRIZ PANORAMA is located at “Sirma voivoda” Str. №3, BRIZ in the city of Varna.

Intercom Group presents to your attention a newly built building with apartments in the Briz district – 3a “Sirma Voivoda” street, adjacent to Chaika and Levski districts. The building consists of one underground level and seven above-ground floors. In the northern part of the property is a separate courtyard with the possibility of parking cars. The residential part has three separate entrances and a total of 45 apartments. Parking spaces are allocated in the underground level.

The apartments are offered with the possibility to negotiate the price and without commission!

The entrance doors of the apartments are armored, covering – natural veneer-wenge. The interior doors are coated – natural Eiche veneer. The floors in the dwellings are made of cement screed with a thickness of 5-6 cm.

The walls in the dwellings are finished with gypsum plaster. Installations for a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and other appliances are planned and built in the living area. In the bathrooms of each apartment, a suspended ceiling made of moisture-resistant plasterboard is provided. An air-conditioning installation (multi-split system) is built for each apartment, which system has one external unit that works for two or more internal units. The system serves for heating and cooling in every room. The outdoor units will be installed on the landing of the stairwell, and the convectors will be located on the floor in each room of the house.

The walls in the stairwells – gypsum putty and latex, the floor – granite tiles. The building has three high-class Orona passenger elevators. Lifting capacity of the elevator 8 people – 630 kg. There is a built-in display for the floors in the car and above the door of the first stop to show the location of the elevator in numbers. Displays showing the movement of the elevator with arrows at the remaining stops. The cabin door is a two-panel, telescopic (side opening), stainless steel. The floor in the cabin is made of non-combustible and hard-to-wear material. Fire control is provided.

The building is fully thermally insulated, the external walls are insulated with 8 cm EPS facade styrofoam, which reduces heat loss in winter and overheating in summer. Along with ensuring the necessary heat transfer resistances of the enclosing surfaces, it is intended that they ensure the requirements for moisture resistance and air-tightness. Thermal insulation is laid over each unheated room – EPS 7 cm.

The roof is combined (pitched/flat). It also has thermal and waterproofing. The warm insulation of the roof is EPS 11 cm styrofoam, and the waterproofing is three layers of polysol, the last layer is sprinkle. With these insulations, the building has protected EE according to BDS for class “B”.

The windows of the building are PVC KMG 6kEco; thickness 7 cm. The type of glass is white with a thickness of 6 mm and “K” glass with a thickness of 4 mm. The color of the joinery is white. The railings of the terraces and stairwells are made of aluminum.

The external (facade) plaster of the building is silicate. Highly resistant to mechanical loads, extremely long-lasting, does not lose its qualities due to aging and aggressive climatic conditions. It has increased water repellency, good water vapor permeability, good resistance to the effects of alkaline substances, industrial and automotive gases, is resistant to washing, cold and does not burn.
