In the end of 2005, Intercom Group made another serious investment in its associated company Intercom Profil and acquires a production line for manufacturing cold-formed galvanized reinforcement profiles for PVC systems with standard U-shaped sections.

Our production lines are capable of manufacturing profiles for PVC systems for leading world brands as: ALUPLAST, BLICK, KMG, PROFILINK, GEALAN, BURGMAN, DECEUNINCK, DIMEX, KBE, REHAU, ROLPLASTO, SALAMANDER, VEKA, WEISS PROFIL, VIVA PLAST, THYSSEN, KOEMMERLING, TROCAL, WYMAR, WINHOUSE, RAMPLAST and others.

The modern production equipment has a total monthly capacity of 3 000 000 meters and provides excellent quality and competitive prices. The company is an owner of a custom designed specially for Intercom Group production line for manufacturing a wide range of uncommon profile shapes such as G, O, L, C, U, which cannot be handled by standard metal forming machines.
